1. We do not charge users for sub-domains or software hosted directly by Ournet.tv.

2. We support this site through advertising revenue. Users granted hosting directly at Ournet.tv may be required to have a small amount of advertising on any web sites or software active on their ournet.tv hosted site.

3. Users can carry their own advertising on an Ournet.tv hosted site providing they do not interfere with our adverts.

4. We do not accept any proposals to use free sites and software for the purposes of carrying pornographic or any other offensive material. With that restriction we mayat our discretion accept proposals for dating and adult personal related sites.

5. The final decision about the offer of a free site and software at Ournet.tv to any individual or organisation rests with us. We will not enter into correspondence regarding any refused request for service.

6. Tampering with our adverts or other failure to keep to these terms of service by the user will result in the termination of the free service provided to that user.

7. We normally provide one free sub-domain and one free software package per user. We will consider additional requests but do not guarantee that these will be granted.

8. We cannot and do not guarantee continuity of service. Our services are not suitable for commercially critical web site actvity. We will not be held responsible for any loss arising from problems arising with our service.

9. Users may install their own software on their free sub-domain using their FTP account. We will require users to carry our advertising on any software they install. Point 3 applies also.
